Gnome & UnGnome Facts About Casey:
Casey W. Robinson is a writer of children’s books and poetry.
Casey is an active member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and served as Co-Director of the New England SCBWI Spring Regional Conference 2019/2020/2021.

This gentle, kindhearted story brings the generations of a community together to sustain and enrich one another, and it beautifully showcases the value of fixing things―and loving their history―rather than quickly discarding them.

Her debut picture book IVER & ELLSWORTH illustrated by Melissa Larson (Chicago Review Press/Ripple Grove Press) was a New England SCBWI Crystal Kite Finalist.

She is an alum of the New England Young Writers’ Conference at Bread Loaf and co-founder of its Kindred Spirit Scholars program, which aims to help make the conference more inclusive and representative of the diversity of New England.
Casey grew up in Maine and used to keep a shoebox of favorite words and phrases under her bed. She now lives with her family just west of Boston, in a yellow house overflowing with books. When she’s not writing, Casey is managing book events for her local independent bookstore, The Silver Unicorn, in Acton, Massachusetts.
Casey is represented by Rick Margolis of Rising Bear Literary Agency.
Casey’s poetry was included in FRIENDS & ANEMONES (Writers’ Loft Press, 2020)
